Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, an American stage and screen actress best famous for her role in film as a character in Ray Undercover Brother and on the popular television series The Mentalist. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in African-American Studies from Brown University as well as an MFA in Acting from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Aunjanue Ellis is an actor, writer and actress, who is active in the fields of theater, film, and television.
