Born in Santa Monica California, the United States of America on the 26th of November in 1986. She is the sole daughter of Vincenzo Barba. She was just six when she left her family and moved from Point Pleasant New Jersey. Point Pleasant New Jersey. After moving to New Jersey, she finished her studies at Red Bank Catholic High School. After graduating of Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Architecture and a Master's in Architecture, she continued to study at the school. Her first violin lessons began at age 4 and was referred to by the name Violin Girl. Due to her musical performance, she was referred to as the Violin Girl. She also taught kids from the locality on how to play the violin. When she was 19, she entered her sixth American Idol season and performed in the only Free 1976. The show was cut short after the 16th rank. The singer has performed on several tracks including 2009's 'The Christmas Song as well as 2010's Out for Blood.
